How long will Farley Home Services maintain my files?

We will keep a copy of your file in a secure location for one year (two for our Premier package) from the date of your inventory. During that time, we will update your records free of charge when you alert us to any changes. These records will be destroyed after that time.

Will Farley Home Services appraise my personal property?

We are neither licensed nor certified personal property appraisers and will be unable to assist you in determining a value for your items. We will not represent you in any legal capacity as to the validity of the personal property information you supply during the completion of your inventory. You should, whenever possible, provide original receipts or professional appraisals for the items to be included in your inventory.

How will Farley Home Services guarantee my inventory to be confidential?

No portion of your inventory process takes place online, so the risk of detection by hackers is elminated. We store your files off-site in a secure location. Your home inventory process will be completely confidential.

What does a Farley Home Services inventory cost?

The answer to this question hinges on a number of factors, such as the number of rooms in your home, the number of items you wish to document, and the level of inventory service you choose. A free, on-site estimate is part of the service we provide.

How shall I prepare my home for a Farley Home Services inventory?

No special preparation of the house or property is necessary; however, we do ask that you have receipts and appraisal information ready prior to the actual inventory.  The entire process will be explained at the time of your free, on-site estimate.
